Description
A tasty mash made from linseed, whole psyllium, various vegetables, apple and carrot. The composition has a high, natural nutrient content, is easily digestible and can support intestinal vitality as well as normal liver and kidney function. Valuable swelling agents stimulate intestinal activity, promote nutrient absorption and can thus positively influence the microflora.
Preparation:
Pour 700 ml of warm water over 150g Golden Cereals Mash and leave to swell for 15 minutes. To increase the desired structure, the mash can be topped up with 300g of grains, muesli or grass cobs.
Feeding recommendation:
- 1 x a week for normal strain
- 2 x during heavy strain
- 3 x during convalescence
