marstall's hemp oil is made from 100% organic European hemp. It is gently cold-pressed and bottled in Allgäu, Germany. It is known for its positive effects on the cardiovascular system, supports healthy skin and has an antimicrobial effect.
Hemp oil has the highest unsaturated fatty acid content of any vegetable oil. Its importance for the cardiovascular system is well known, not just in horses. In addition, the gamma-linolenic acid (triple unsaturated fatty acid) contained in the oil inhibits inflammatory processes in the body. Horses that need a grain-free diet can benefit from hemp oil as it provides extra energy without putting extra strain on the horse's body.
