Rationing guidance and advice:

• Depending on horse size and energy requirements, an additional dose of 20 to 100 ml of omega-3-rich oil (e.g. linseed-thistle oil) is recommended.
• For horses that eat quickly or have dental problems, feed soaked (soak 1 litre Haut-Vital in 1 litre water for approx. 15 minutes).
• 1 litre marstall Haut-Vital = approx. 500 grams
• Due to the higher content of trace elements and vitamin D3 compared to complete feeds, this complementary feed must only be fed according to the specified recommendations. No additional mineral feed is necessary if this feeding recommendation is followed.
• Recommendations are generally based on a roughage intake (hay) of 2.0 kg per 100 kg body weight per day.

Marstall Haut-Vital combines a grain-free, low-energy base with a high concentration of organically bound trace elements such as zinc, copper, manganese, and selenium, which are readily absorbed by the body.

The recipe is rounded off with the natural sulphur compound MSM, small-intestine-digestible methionine as a building block for keratin, along with diatomaceous earth and seaweed meal. Clay minerals and brewer's yeast further support gastrointestinal transit and metabolic processes. Thanks to its high nutrient density, small daily rations are sufficient to cover daily essential mineral and trace element requirements without burdening the body with excess energy or starch.
