Kevin Bacon's got its start in the 80's in Belgium. The hoof dressing was created using animal fats, plant oils, and laurel extract (obtained by maceration) and was created out of an urgent need to heal a clipped heel. The product that was created was so effective that the famous equestrian Kevin Bacon agreed to give his name to it.
