OKAPI Esparsette

Esparsette is a traditional forage plant for horses. It convinces with its high protein content and an optimal amino acid pattern. This combination ensures good digestibility and better utilisation of the protein.

Older and poor-fed horses, as well as horses with gastrointestinal problems, particularly benefit from this true concentrate.

Feeding advice:

Okapi Esparsette is pressed without additional glue. Soak them with at least three times the amount of water until they completely disintegrate. Warm water shortens the swelling time.

In addition, Okapi Esparsette is not a complete feed. That is why it should always be offered together with sufficient mineral and roughage.

Feeding recommendation:

Horses: 1 to 3kg soaked per day
Ponies: About half as much, depending on their size
