Zinc deficiencies in horses are unfortunately very common and can lead to skin and hoof problems. The causes can be an insufficient supply via their basic feed or a deficiency that comes from feeding them pure hay. In special circumstances (stress, detoxification disorders and special metabolic diseases), supplementing zinc makes sense.

Zinkurasan vet is a supplementary feed for special nutritional purposes and can support the regeneration of the skin and hooves.

As with all Dr. Weyrauch products, the supplements also contain selected herbs, roots and fruits carefully selected for their digestibility and quick availability to the body. The special recipe is tasty and contains neither starchy additives nor cheap fillers. Sweeteners, preservatives and flavours have also been deliberately left out of this formula.

Feeding recommendation:

• Daily: 15 to 30g (1 to 2 measuring spoons), correspondingly less for small horses and ponies.
• This dietary feed (supplementary feed for special nutritional purposes) may only be fed to horses up to a maximum of 60g per day (4 measuring spoons) due to the higher trace element content compared to a complete feed.
• Recommended feeding duration: up to eight weeks at a time.
• You are welcome to seek the advice of the veterinarian before feeding or if you would like to extend the amount of time that you use the supplement.
